Open Doors visit to Hydro Hotel in Eastbourne

Careers at the Hydro Hotel

Pupils from Year 10 and 11 enjoyed a trip to the Hydro Hotel as part of their Hospitality and Catering BTEC course.

This trip focused on the different job roles around the hotel, such as cleaners, chefs and waiting staff.

We saw a variety of different jobs in action and learnt a lot about the hospitality industry.
