We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the team at the Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. Foundation for hosting some of our Year 8 and 9 girls at the Amex Stadium this week during their Open Doors Careers Event, which focused on women's careers in football.

The students were immersed in the exciting world of professional football, exploring essential workplace skills while engaging in various enjoyable activities. A standout moment for many was the exclusive behind-the-scenes stadium tour, where they had the thrilling opportunity to visit the dressing rooms and experience the exhilarating rush of running out to the pitch accompanied by the iconic sounds of "Sussex by the Sea." It was truly a remarkable experience, and the students from Saxon Mount School were filled with enthusiasm throughout the event.
