Year 8 pupils have been developing their scientific knowledge through a series of exciting experiments linked to energy this term. The practical activities have provided a fantastic opportunity to explore key ideas, make observations and see science in action.

8OK used fruit as part of an electrical circuit to help them understand how chemical energy can be converted into electrical energy. Meanwhile, 8EF worked carefully and safely to test for hydrogen gas. Both classes approached their investigations with enthusiasm and curiosity, making the lessons an engaging way to build their scientific skills.
